MOKYTOJŲ MOBILUMO VEIKLOS BLASALIR DARŽELYJE, REYKJAVIK, ISLANDIJA (MOBILITY TEACHERS EXCHANGE IN THE BLASALIR KINDERGARTEN IN REYKJAVIK, ICELAND)
MOKYTOJŲ MMOBILUMO VEIKLOS BLASALIR LOPŠELYJE-DARŽELYJE REYKJAVIK, ISLANDIJA
Rugpjūčio mėn. 21–25 d. Panevėžio lopšelio-darželio ,,Gintarėlis“ ir Estijos pradinės mokyklos Kohtla-Jarve Tammiku Põhikool mokytojos vykdė mokytojų mobilumo veiklas, įgyvendinant tarptautinį projektą ,,Žalieji kampeliai darželiuose ir pradinėse mokyklose“ Islandijos Reykjavik‘o miesto Blásalir darželyje kartu su Estijos Kohtla-Jarve Tammiku pradinės mokyklos mokytojais.
Šios veiklos metu
susipažinome su kitų šalių mokytojomis, jų vedamomis veiklomis, turimomis
edukacinėmis erdvėmis. Kartu su Blasalir darželio mokytojais stebėjome
adaptacinį vaikų periodą darželyje, keliavome į edukacines išvykas: aplankėme aplink
darželį turimas žaliąsias erdves, arkliukus, tyrinėjome aplinką aplink ežerą,
esantį netoliese.
Stebėjome vaikų vasaros
veiklas darželyje. Kartu su vaikais pietavome grupėje ir lauke, kepėme dešreles
– gaminome dešrainius.
Susipažinome su Botanikos
sodu, kuriame vaikai iš visų ugdymo įstaigų gali tyrinėti ir eksperimentuoti
žaliuosiuose kampeliuose, jiems vedamos edukacinės veiklos. Buvo džiugu matyti,
kad jame auginami augalai yra ir mūsų šalyje, darželyje.
Visų trijų mokyklų
mokytojai dalyvavome ,,Lauko veiklų ir mokymosi lauke centre“. Jame buvome
supažindinti su centro veikla, jų vykdomomis programomis ir veiklų pritaikymu
savo įstaigose. Visi sudalyvavome organizuotoje orientacinėje veikloje,
susijusioje su ekologija ir tvarumu. Jos metu turėjome išsiaiškinti kiek metų
reikia, kad suirtų plastikas, įvairi medžiaga, taurieji metalai, kodėl negalima
teršti šiukšlėmis gamtos. Sužinojome kaip galime įrengti savo įstaigoje
aplinkas, lauko klases, panaudojant įvairias medienos atliekas ar kitus
daiktus, išnaudoti erdvę pažintiniams žaidimams.
Aplankėme Vandens
muziejų, kuriame sužinojome kaip vesti užsiėmimus vaikams apie šalies vandens
telkinius, vandens gyventojus, jų augmeniją, mineralus. Išbandėme interaktyvias
ir inovatyvias priemones pažinimui. Susipažinome kaip galima sukurti tyrinėjimo
erdves vaikams.
Buvome pakviesti
vakarienės pas darželio direktorę, kur buvome labai šiltai priimti ir turėjome
galimybę betarpiškai ir neoficialioje aplinkoje pabendrauti su visu Blasalir
darželio kolektyvu.
Atminimui apie šį projektą
partneriai kartu su vaikais, plečiant žaliąsias erdves darželyje, sodinome juodųjų
serbentų krūmus žaliame Blasalir darželio kampelyje. Šie augalai primins
Blasalir darželiui apie bendradarbiavimą su Lietuvos ir Estijos šalių
mokytojais.
Mokytojų mobilumo veiklas
užbaigėme aptardami patirtus įspūdžius: kas patiko, ką mes darome savo
mokyklose kitaip, kokią patirtį parsivešime į savo mokyklas, kaip pasidalinsime
ja su kolegomis ir pan. Taip pat aptarėme ateities planus.

Teachers from Panevezys Kindergarten "Gintarėlis" and Primary/secondary
school Kohtla-Jarve Tammiku Põhikool, Estonia carried out teacher mobility activities in the
framework of the international project "Green Corners in Kindergartens and
Primary Schools" in Blásalir Kindergarten in Reykjavik, Iceland.
During this activity, we got
to know teachers from other countries, the activities they run and the
educational spaces they have available. Together with the teachers of Blásalir
Kindergarten, we observed the children's adaptation period in the Kindergarten,
went on educational trips: we visited the green spaces around the Kindergarten,
the horses, and explored the environment around the nearby lake.
We observed the children's
summer activities in the Kindergarten. We had lunch with the children in the
group and outside, and made hot dogs.
We visited the Botanical
Garden, where children from all educational establishments can explore and
experiment in the green corners, with educational activities for them. It was
great to see that the plants grown there are also in our country, in Kindergarten.
Teachers from all three schools
took part in the "Outdoor Activities and Learning Centre". We were
introduced to the activities of the centre, their programmes and the
application of the activities in our institutions. We all took part in an
orientation activity on ecology and sustainability. We had to find out how many
years it takes for plastics, various materials, precious metals to decompose
and why we should not pollute the environment with litter. We learnt how we can
furnish our own environments, outdoor classrooms, using different wood waste or
other objects, and how we can use the space for educational games.
We visited the Water Museum,
where we learnt how to conduct activities for children about the country's
water bodies, water inhabitants, their flora and minerals. We tried interactive
and innovative tools for learning. We learnt how to create exploration spaces
for children.
We were invited to dinner with
the director of the Kindergarten, where we were warmly welcomed and had the
opportunity to interact with the entire staff of Blasalir Kindergarten in a
more informal and immediate setting.
As a reminder of the project,
the partners and the children planted blackcurrant bushes in a green corner of
Blasalir Kindergarten, as part of the expansion of the green spaces in the Kindergarten.
These plants will remind Blasalir Kindergarten of the cooperation with teachers
from Lithuania and Estonia.
We concluded the teacher mobility activities by
discussing our experiences: what we liked, what we are doing differently in our
schools, what lessons we will take back to our schools, how we will share them
with our colleagues etc. We also discussed plans for the future.
